Rick Ramer:

Rick brings over 25 years of deep industry expertise in low voltage systems, network infrastructure, and nationwide multi-site project execution. He has consistently demonstrated a high level of technical acumen and leadership in designing, deploying, and maintaining complex systems across commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and residential environments.

His areas of specialization include fiber optic and copper cabling (CAT5/CAT6, coaxial, speaker wire), structured cabling, WiFi networks, access control, CCTV/IP surveillance, audio/video integration, and telecom/VoIP systems. He is known for overseeing end-to-end project lifecycles, including site surveys, installations, de-installations, reverse logistics, asset recovery, and equipment staging and shipping.

As the founder and owner of Integr8 Services since 1998, Rick has led large-scale deployments for national clients including Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, and Hampton Inn. He holds a California C7 Low Voltage Contractor License (#1115010) and is certified in both fiber and copper cable installation and termination. His ability to manage infrastructure projects from the ground up—whether new construction or retrofit upgrades—has made him a trusted partner across numerous verticals.

Previously, he founded CCWebCam, Inc., where he developed and launched LittleBearCam.com—a pioneering real-time video streaming service that enabled parents to view their children in daycare via secure online access. This early venture highlighted his forward-thinking approach to technology and his proficiency in network systems, web development, and digital media.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Finance from Bryant University (1993). His blend of technical expertise, entrepreneurial leadership, and project management continues to drive innovation and reliability in every deployment.
